Available Positions
If you are persistent, focused, and always thinking and want to design, plan, and oversee the construction of infrastructure such as roads, storm drain, and water and sewage systems for projects in both the private and public sectors, this job is for you! Key tasks include: preparing construction plans, design calculations, cost and quantity estimates, drainage studies, and other technical reports. As an entry level engineer you will be assigned to a seasoned team that will be responsible for training and nurturing your skills while giving you meaningful and relevant assignments and ample support.

Positions Available in San Ramon and Roseville Offices
Salary Range: $80,000–$160,000
LAND SURVEYOR / OFFICE SURVEYOR
CBG has multiple positions available, ranging from Entry Level to Survey Manager. If you are persistent, focused, and detail oriented, this job is for you. The subdivision of land is a technical process that requires specific precision and accuracy. You will work with the engineering team, field survey team and office survey team to prepare and oversee the preparation of land title surveys, legal descriptions and maps that will become the boundary of future subdivided land. Key tasks include: boundary surveys; ALTA surveys; control surveys; topographic surveys; plat maps and legal descriptions; and recorded maps and exhibits.
CBG has Office Surveyor positions available, ranging from Entry Level to Experienced Land Surveyors.
As an entry level surveyor, you will be assigned to a seasoned team that will be responsible for training and nurturing your skills while giving you meaningful and relevant assignments and ample support.
As an experienced office surveyor, in addition to preparing the aforementioned documents, your career will grow as you manage a team and be responsible to train and nurture your staff’s skills while overseeing assignments and deadlines.

Salary Range: $75,000–$150,000
